This month I’ve spent some time improving Members Only, with a few new highly-requested features.

Members Admin Page

There’s a new Members screen under Users → Members that shows everyone with an active membership or Access Pass. This simple addition makes it easy to differentiate your members from regular WordPress user accounts. You can also export members to a CSV file.

Improved Subscription Management

Subscriptions now cancel at period end instead of immediately. This behavior aligns with industry standards, simplifies site operations since you no longer have to deal with prorating refunds due to immediately cancellation, and it also helps reduce support.

Members retain access until the period end is reached, and they now have the option to reactivate their subscription before the period end is reached.

Support for Stripe Coupons

The Stripe Checkout block now supports Stripe Coupons, allowing you to run promotions without writing custom code or resorting to product SKU hackarounds. Simply select the Coupon you want to apply to the current Stripe Checkout button, and the discount is automatically applied at checkout.

You can use fixed amount or percentage based coupons, and you can choose for the coupon to apply one time or on every renewal payment.

Account dashboard now support Access Pass

The Account dashboard block now displays Access Pass information, including the status (active, expired, upcoming) and the start/end dates.

Login Form redirect

The Login Form block now allows you to choose where you want customers redirected after they log in. The default is still the Account page, but now you can choose any public post/page/custom post type for the destination.
